Mr. Folarin Aluko is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He attended King’s College Lagos and the University of Lagos.
Folarin possesses considerable practice experience in Civil & Criminal Litigation, Corporate Law, Company Finance, Digital Forensics, Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law.
Folarin is a Certified Arbitrator and Mediator. In 2011 he was appointed as a Director at The Intellectual Property Institute Nigeria and Chairman Board of Trustees of the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association Nigeria. He is also a member of other professional Bodies including the Institute of Debt Recovery Professionals Nigeria, Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Ethics and Corporate Compliance Institute (Nigeria), Sports Lawyers Association Nigeria, Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). Folarin is a past Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abuja Branch.

Mr. Damilola Amore is an alumnus of King’s College Lagos and the University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained his LL.B Degree. He is an excellent Litigation Attorney with interests in a variety of practice areas including Labour & Employment Law, Family & Probate Law, Entertainment, Sports and Intellectual Property.
He has previously provided legal advisory and representation to Government Agencies (the Central Bank of Nigeria, the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, amongst others), Multinationals and banks in various commercial and operational related disputes in superior courts and arbitral tribunals.
He has in the course of his career also provided legal advisory and been part of various prosecution teams assembled on behalf of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission in major criminal prosecutions to secure the recovery of state and national assets.
He sits on the Board of Trustees of the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association Nigeria as well as the Song Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN).
He maintains memberships with the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) and the Intellectual Property Lawyers Association of Nigeria (IPLAN)
